For our client, fast growing and dynamic financial institution, we are looking for Business Analyst who will be responsible for sales processes, participating in budgeting and sales analysts.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
University Degree: economics, statistics, mathematics,
1-4 years of data analysis experience,
Basic understanding of economic principles and sales strategies
Ability to frequently communicate orally figures
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and analyze
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools: Such as example: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL,

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
Participation in meeting with other departments (sales, debt collection, customer service etc.)
Data analysis, preparation of recommendations,
Preparation of presentation for meetings, including date form analysis,
Responsible for research - data collection from other departments,
Analyze and maintains Sales-reporting-system - variations, forecasts, budgets,
Responsible for meetings sum up and follow up,
Databases maintaining - importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data to draft conclusions from or for decision making purposes, Access and Excel,
Strong Interpersonal communication skills, analitical skills
Reliable cooperative personality with high level of ownership
Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
