NewVoiceMedia is a Venture Capital funded business headquartered in Basingstoke in Hampshire and with offices in Wroclaw Poland , US east and west Coast and Australia . With recent successful funding rounds in excess of US$80M the company is set to grow rapidly and has a market leading product in the hosted call centre arena. With 350+ employees the business is growing rapidly and set to double in size over the next year.
The Opportunity
The role is an opportunity to join our rapidly growing business that has recently been named as one of the UKs most dynamic and cutting edge companies. You would be part of a telco management team that is supporting a telephony infrastructure that stretches around the world with offices and operational nodes in four continents. Working with predominantly home grown solutions for both product offerings and operations infrastructure this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the business.
The Person
The profile for the ideal individual who would succeed in this role is a numerate individual with an understanding of Voice over IP and the general telephony technology found within a service provider environment. Experience with CRM systems or Contact Centre technology would also make you stand out.
You should be happy to work in a fast moving business where you own the problems and solutions and are happy to manage your own workload. You should be relaxed under fire and be confident in your interactions with senior and junior staff. Attention to detail is important, but you should also be capable of rising above the detail when required. You should have experience in working with customers (internal and possibly external) and confident in representing the business at many levels.
Skills and Experience required

Min. 1 year of experience with Access/SQL Server DB
SQL experience able to write queries and understand code
Advanced Excel skills
Passionate about Technology and Analytics
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Able to articulate in written and verbal communication
Able to use initiative and self- manage
Fluent in English language (written and verbal)

Desired Further Experience

Background knowledge of call centre operations and technologies.
Background knowledge of telephony technologies

What we expect from you

The analysis and verification of Telco call detail data and resulting costs (invoice analysis)
Volume/cost optimisation by global region
Licensing (Telco related) costs and analysis by operator/region
Tracking and verification of our 3rd party Telco minutes and costs
Reporting the output to senior management in a structured format
