GL Team Leader with English

For our client - a well-known company from new technologies area we are looking for:
GL Team Leader with English
Location: Kraków
You will be responsible for:
leading GL team
handling with the daily process: (JET postings, GL reconciliation, FA)
participate in KT
facing with the client in terms of the process resolutions
monitoring and managing workload within the team
motivating the team and build the team work
acting as first internal and external escalation point for matters related to the team
being involved in daily operations if needed
documentation preparation
build and maintain excellent relationship with customer


Requirements:
fluent English
2-3 years of Team Leader or at least TL-s back up experience (preferably GL department, but also AR or AP experience is welcome)
motivation to face challenges, ability to motivate people and lead by example
client oriented approach
team player attitude
diligent, with great attention to details
self-starter, focused on analyzing data and resolving issues
open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work
ability to work under the time and result pressure
accounting processes knowledge as an asset
SAP / ORACLE ERP knowledge very welcome
