Our Client is one of the world's largest airline group. Currently on behalf of the Client we are searching for Procurement Buyer with English and Spanish for the Operations Centre based in Kraków.

Your new role

In Procurement team, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluate KPIs to identify areas for improvement, challenging the business and suppliers and recommending changes that will improve levels of service and also facilitating relationships between internal departments and external suppliers that enable effective partnership arrangements. Moreover, you will reinforce and embed a culture of continuous improvement through effective day to day relationships with Group Procurement colleagues, business stakeholders and external suppliers but also define and implement training and practical advice that enables stakeholders to improve performance. While working on this position, you will identify potential opportunities for improvements to contracts, presenting reasoned recommendations for revisions and changes.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate experience in international environment, as well as willingness to develop further career in the area of procurement. A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and ability to communication are essential to be successful on this position. Experience in the scope of airline industry will be plus. Fluent Spanish and English are essential.
