academic degree
1-4 years experience
good accounting skills(AP/AR/GL)
good level of German/French/Swedish/Danish/Norwegian
good level of English
analytical skills and accuracy with numbers
excellent communication and customer service skills
proactive approach identifying potential problems and issues
ability to stretch, work in a high pressure environment and handle stressful situations
good level of MS Excel and other Microsoft applications
knowledge of SAP will be an asset
previous experience in SSC/BPO sector will be an asset


first line support on queries related to incoming/paid invoices
first line of contact to vendor queries, company business partners
processing invoices according SOPs
reconciliation of the vendor compliance invoices
closing of accounts for the month and performance of due diligence as per guidelines including generation of ERP reports and inputs for accruals
