For our Client international IT company we are looking for:
Middleware Architect

Localisation: Wrocław
Duration: long-term cooperation - B2B contract

Responsibilities:

Analyzing requirements (both functional and non-functional) for customers projects and preparing state-of-the-art design among others
Architectural work focused on platform services, it is expected that Middleware Architect will be able to understand other technologies at a deeper level when necessary
Working with other architects (specialized in security, applications, infrastructure etc.), specialists, application developers and operations staff to ensure that an appropriate solution is designed.
Leading the project from an inception, through the design and proof of concept phase till the deployment. Other responsibilities include defining project milestones and relevant deliverables.


Requirements:

Three years in defining middleware architectures
Experience with architecture modeling techniques and modeling software (for example Rational System Architect, Sparx)
Deep knowledge of application servers, integration middleware, messaging middleware and mediators (Oracle technology stack WLS, OSB, OAG, OAM, OIM, OSR, OWSM)
Understanding of the following IT domains and technologies, preferred ones given in brackets: databases (Oracle, DB2), HA/DR (clustering, load balancing), security (STS, SAML, policies), user management (LDAP, AD)
Experience with different standards supporting SOA architecture: WS-, SCA, JMS
Problem-solving skills
Ease of new knowledge acquiring
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal
Negotiation skills
Familiarity with common architecture building frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF)
