Scope of responsibilities:

Provide technical support over maintained systems
Software installations
Receive, handle and answer of calls of the operations department
Escalate issues to upper levels if necessary in accordance with defined procedures
Maintain and update all troubleshooting documentation

Requirements:

University degree (IT, telco or comparable education)
Experience on a similar position
Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office
Advanced knowledge of English
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN technology
Communication and problem solving skills
