Our client is a leader company in automotive industry with production sites in several countries throughout the Globe, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candidates for the position of Plant Manager to manage the start-up operation in Poland. The selected candidate will report directly to European VP Operations Director located in the head quarter in Germany. The main responsibility of the candidate will be a holistic overview for all location areas including procurement, production, quality, maintenance.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Provides guidance and leadership to all plant personnel. Supervises, motivates and directs employees to obtain optimal productivity. Ensures effective staffing, training, development of the organization as well as develops succession plans for future growth and stability;
Systematic optimization of staff assignment, productivity, investments, quality, time-lines in consideration of current and emerging markets including business views;
Responsible for facility forecast, budgets, and meeting production, quality, and safety goals;
Recruit, hire, manage, & develop personnel and insure Staff is trained and provided tools & knowledge for future growth and opportunities;
Acts as a change agent, installing a culture of continuous improvement;
Provides short and long term objectives for the plant and executes to those objectives;
Responds to production problems and pursues / implements remedies to such problems;

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
University degree (technical university preferable);
Minimum of 5 year's experience as plant manager in automotive area;
Knowledge in all areas of production processes;
Excellent communication skills, capacity for teamwork, assertiveness and decision-making ability;
Drive for results and cooperative management-style;
Excellent command of English and German language skills is a must;
Good MS Office skills and ERP systems knowledge;
