Team Lead - Procurement with Italian or French (Łódź)

Responsibilities:Manage cross-BU and international flows from suppliers/vendors with a team up to 10 employees on a daily basis so the SSC operational excellence and customer service objectives are executed with the guidelines and policies.

Specific tasks:

Ensure effective and efficient operational PO execution compliant to internal and external rules;
Provide efficient services to businesses in alignment with service levels and cost objectives;
Act as second level escalation contact and trouble shooter in case of operational problems towards suppliers/vendors and Business and Service Units;
Go to the reqestors, to the sides.
Execute, coordinate & optimize procurement issues within Group contracts, implementing Group processes;
Ensure timely and efficient issue solving;
Ensure qualification, motivation and development of team members;
Budget responsible for dedicated cost center.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration or engineering;
+5 years in procurement, including at least 3 years in supervisory function;
Experience of Startups in transactional SSCs is preferred;
Good understanding of the operational processes;
General knowledge of SAP MM (if lacking, other ERP system and / or export order processing systems);
Ability to travel to
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Language Skills:

French or Italian: Very good written and spoken;
English: Good written and spoken.
