If you are experienced in accounting processes as well as motivated to join new PTP project and team then this could be the right opportunity for you! On behalf of our client operating in life science field we are looking for PTP Junior and Senior Accountants with Spanish to join brand new department within already established SSC in Wrocław with expected start dates in August/September 2016.
Your key responsibilities will include prioritizing daily work load to deal with Purchase-to-Pay processes, maintenance of vendor master data, including payment terms, processing Procure-to-Pay documents, perform the matching process through invoice verification module in SAP, investigating and resolving price or quantity differences, processing payments, direct debit, bank statements, clearing payable suspense accounts, preparing and process accruals, controlling VAT report for payable transactions as well as reviewing and recording travel expenses.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria: ability to communicate in Spanish and English, 2 years of experience in similar position, university degree in economics/finance, willingness to travel, strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP (or similar ERP or accounting software) is beneficial.
