Access Management Operations provides Level 2 support for all Credit Suisse Access management systems and processes for internal employees across the globe. Access Management has a crucial function of supporting Credit Suisse internal access systems - MyAccess and GARS - across all regions. Most importantly team is highly involved in governance of FINMA and SOX application as well as Transfers of Sensitive employees - validation of sensitive accesses removals. By performing the day-to-day duties Access Management Specialists uphold business continuity by ensuring stability of systems; consistent and reliable support for IT and business clients.
Main responsibilities of Access Management Specialist are:
Monitoring and processing service requests via the Credit Suisse in-house Access Management toolset (MyAccess) and Incident Management (ServiceNow).
Security management of the Active Directory and LDAP in accordance to Credit Suisse standards; including maintenance of standards and policies.
Ensuring dedicated focus for the new joiner, transfer and leaver processes. Work with HR to provide a premium client service for business employees who are being on-boarded or who are relocating (technical coordination).
Manage escalations from senior Management and key Business partners across regions.
Understand current manual processes to identify areas of continuous improvement and increased efficiency opportunities.
Proactively highlight / understand issues and raise awareness to the Engineering team and feed into Product Management for remediation.
Drive change to improve both technical products and processes providing a more efficient and cost effective service to the end user.
Provide analysis to other teams within Credit Suisse to reduce risk and enhance controls.
Ensure OLAs are met, prepare and create ad-hoc reporting statistics using Business Objects, SQL and MS Excel.*LI-MK1*
You Offer...
Essential:
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to directly support business users, IT and HR Staff
Hands on experience in Active Directory Security Administration
Good analytical skills
Very good command of English is a must
Experience in Access Management and associated IT Security processes
SQL experience in creating queries and running reports
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010 products
Very good knowledge of local IT Security Policies and Products
Scripting (PowerShell, VB, Perl)
Desirable:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Good understanding of security principles (profiles, authentication, authorization)
Solid interpersonal skills, customer orientation, solid work ethic and self-motivation
Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams
Positive attitude, ready to help end-users with their issues
Problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Experience in Unix environment
Experience in Business Objects and alternative reporting products
Experience with Big Data mining (Tableau)
Knowledge of Tivoli Identity Manager or other Identity Management products
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices (such as e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
