In reference of the continuous development of one of our clients, an international producer of the roof systems for automotive industry, OTTO Polska is looking for the Candidates interested in the job offer:
Quality Engineer (automotive)

Main responsibilities:
Keeping the quality systems (FMEAs, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans and customers specific requirements) in production
Setting and maintain Control plan, monitor and evaluate execution of Control plan
Review and implementation of specific requirements of customer, both in the internal organization and at suppliers, support in case of deficiencies
Ensuring that product quality is according customers expectations
Performing statistical analysis and trend data monitoring
Support on the area of process control, both internal as well as external (customer, suppliers)
Responding and follow-up on customer's complaints in 8D
Investigating root causes, making proposals for corrective and preventive measures and follow them up in an action plan
Conducting internal process and system audits, analyse and report results, follow up action plan
Supporting and guide external audits by customers and follow up action plans
Documentation control and revision on shop floor level
Evaluation of the measurement systems and tools
Definition and maintenance of visual standards
Registering, monitoring and deciding on non-conforming material and products
Requirements:
University degree (preferably in the field of quality management, production management, engineering, commodity studies)
Several years of experience on a similar position in the automotive industry, knowledge of ISO TS standards
Practical knowledge of quality tools and techniques
Proven achievements in solving quality problems
Fluency in English (both written & spoken skills)
Proficiency in using technical documentation
Pro-active attitude, teamwork, communicativeness
