For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position Financial Controller.

On this position you become a member of an international team. In these challenging role in a dynamic and high-performance environment you will be responsible for preparing internal, accounting related reports to management. The scope of responsibilities will include conducting financial modelling and scenario analysis to support project management business cases and capital forecasting, analyzing variances and exploring potential issues as well as reviewing and providing performance management information for project portfolios. Additionally, the successful Candidate will own the production of capital cash forecasting information, highlighting trends and tracking performance.

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate over 2 years relevant experience in a management reporting analysis role in an international company, as well as excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills and resilience to resolve issues are essential to be successful on this position. Fluency in English is a must. Project accounting experience will be an advantage.
