G-force Recruitment is a Polish recruitment company specialized in matching international personnel to vacancies that require native command of a language other than Polish. Working for major international companies throughout Poland, our clients include IT outsourcing centres, customer services departments, call centres and other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centres which are looking for native speakers and multilingual staff.

IT Analyst with Dutch

Responsibilities:
Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customers and users
Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of English and Dutch (C1/C2)
Experience in customer service
