Your new role you responsible for ensuring efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements. On this position, you will also be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading and support all co-workers in PA/PY.


What you'll need to succeed: minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll and excellent knowledge of English, also in other European languages. Moreover experience as a team coordinator or a project leader will be welcome, as well as Shared Service experience.
