For our Client, Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:
Technical Analyst for Internal Controls and Process Improvements

Requirements:
MS Excel expertize to perform data validation, queries, reformatting and analysis
Experience in automating processes via Excel (i.e. macros)
Experience in Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment
Good command of English
Proven experience in internal control of processes and/or process improvement and optimisation
Experience in project management will be an asset
Process transition experience will be an advantage
Working experience with MS Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
Analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving
Good communication, team work and organizing skills

Responsibilities:
Supporting process improvements initiatives with technical (Excel) solution to greatly simplify tasks, increase productivity and efficiency
Using advanced Excel skills, including writing queries, using excel functions to update reports and develop new methods to capture data from source
Develop Macros to improve/automate processes
Extracting and manipulating data from the database
Working on performance measurements (KPIs) solutions for all departments within Finance and Operations Service Centre in Krakow
Establishing and maintaining dashboards that visualize and effectively communicate KPIs across the organization
Prepare and deliver recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting on key performance indicators and special initiatives
Seeking opportunities for process optimization and standardization, project managing agreed improvements and initiatives, implementing adequate changes
Ensuring sound and effective internal controls are in place across EMEA region
