On that position you would be responsible for ensuring continuous training of employees based on the organizational and individual needs. You would ensure that training procedures are documented, audited and maintained; and you would work closely with the operational and training departments to improve procedures.

Requirements:
Experience in Trainers / Supervisors role in a Contact Centre, preferably in Travel industry
Documented training delivery experience
GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
Excellent communication skills and customer focus attitude
Excellent written and spoken English
An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment
In depth knowledge of, and experience in the use of, adult learning techniques

Responsibilities:
Training new hires on various Cathay Pacific services and products
Coaching new and existing employees
Supporting new hires during training and initial stages of gaining experience
Designing and developing relevant training modules
Assisting in the identification of training needs
Maintaining a trainee database and providing feedback on the performance of the group and individual trainees
Participating in training reviews and working with the Quality & Training department to increase the effectiveness of training programs
