For one of our Clients growing Shared Services Center in Warsaw we are seeking Candidates for the position of JUNIOR AR ACCOUNTANT with GERMAN.

Person on this position will be responsible for allocating incoming payments, settling customers account transactions, sending account statements, dunning letters and conducting follow-ups, issuing credit and interest notes, contacting customers and retail department in case of overdue payments, handling customer inquiries, analyzing and reporting overdue invoices, cash collection, booking sales, COGS and goods transfers between stores, analyzing stock differences, preparing monthly retail reports and assisting in AR period-end and reconciliations.

We are looking for candidates with academic background in Accountancy & Finance and/or first experiences gained e.g. during internships (approx. 6months, preferably in AR). Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly
MS Excel) and
fluency in German are mandatory, as well as
good English skills allowing communication in the workplace. Familiarity with an ERP system will be an asset.
