Digital Consultant

Role description:
As a Digital Strategy Consultant you would be expected to:
Develop strategies and solutions to address major client issues, possibly spanning multiple functional areas.
Monitor and gain intelligence required to solve client issues by integrating data from various internal and external sources.
Proactively pursue, track and tackle emerging or unexpected issues.
Conduct effective interviews and collaborate with client representatives.
Provide assistance to team members within your field of specialist expertise.
Detect, purse and collaborate on potential sales opportunities.
Maintain cutting-edge knowledge and skillset through internal and external training programs.
Perform admirably and in a manner reflecting positively on the team and Accenture.
Travel to locations in Poland and abroad for training and project engagements.
Maintain optimal capability throughout projects of extended duration.

Requirements and expertise:
FS Distribution & Marketing jobs stipulate certain requirements. Candidates for Digital Strategy Consultants are expected to possess competencies in the following areas:
Honors or Master"s degree from a world class university proven by a superior academic record.
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience working on multiple strategy projects, preferably in the financial services sector.
Extensive experience in corporate strategy development, operating model design and valuation and financial modeling.
Expertise in banking, insurance or capital markets industry enabling development of industry specific digital transformation value propositions.
Expertise in financial product design, pricing, financing and risk management.
Comprehensive knowledge of management information systems and their use in strategic, performance and risk management.
Experience in market and competitive research and analysis.
Knowledge of strategic financial management.
Working knowledge of financial services regulatory framework.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to creatively untangle complex issues and develop innovative and efficient solutions within a narrow time frame.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization and statistical software would be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of digital technologies would be considered an advantage.
Outstanding skills in creative presentation design.
Proven success in contributing in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
