Full Stack (Ruby on Rails) Developer

Requirements
Technical Must Have:
Very Strong Ruby on Rails knowledge (2+ years of practical experience)
Good understanding of HTML 5 / CSS 3 / Javascript
Good understanding of jQuery / CoffeeScript
Practical understanding of OOP (SOLID principles)
Experience in JS single-page apps (experience in one of the following frameworks: Backbone.js, Angular.js, Knockout.js or something similar)
Git / GitHub
Linux / Unix / Shell
Experience in producing and consuming REST / SOAP interfaces
Non-technical Must Have:
Can Do Attitude
Ability to self-manage
Passion, willingness and ability to learn quickly and continuously improve
Pbility to solve problems under limited or not complete information
Start-up mindset (understanding of Minimal Viable Product, understand for constantly changing requirements)
Ability to work during non-business hours (in the case of rollout / deployments, production failures)
Be ready to travel to the USA for several weeks or months, if you will be willing to
