Your new role
As a Senior IT Specialist you will be responsible for efficiency performance: diagnosing and solving incidents and requests. You will provide company with IT hardware. You will support front line with company standards and policies. You will have to make sure that instructions and documentation are up to date.


What you'll need to succeed
You have to be an experienced IT Specialist with 5 years of experience in Service Desk tool sets such as Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint and Exchange. Moreover, you have to know ITIL Service Delivery processes and CMDB methods and tools. You have to speak English language fluently.
