A global project which is crucial for the bank to adjust the internal custody set-up and securities processes to the fast changing regulatory frameworks
Challenging work with legal and securities specialists analyzing legal regulations which could influence correctness and safety of financial transactions
Drafting documentation primarily focused on clients and their relationship managers
Collaboration among Credit Suisse's divisions as well as with Credit Suisses international locations and with internal and external counterparts on various hierarchical levels and Swiss booking platform specialists

You Offer...
University degree in Finance/Banking helpful
Experience in banking processes environment (network management, broker firm, corporate actions, securities business, income & redemption etc.)
Good understanding and collaboration regarding legal and regulatory topics
Pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as the ability to quickly grasp ideas
Ability to work independently, with a sound entrepreneurial sense, as well as a high degree of self-motivation
Proactive attitude
The ability to assert oneself and to negotiate, as well as excellent communication skills
High degree of flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, being pro-active and sticking to deadlines
Excellent oral and written command of English, German would be an advantage
