Associate Corporate Financial Controller

For our client, an international company with European Accounting Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates to fill a position of Associate Corporate Financial Controller.

Associate Corporate Financial Controller will be responsible for preparation financial consolidation, month-end controlling and group internal reporting for Board of Management, Commercial Operations management and other stakeholders. Moreover successful Candidate will participate in preparation of internal reporting to Global Leadership team and in annual reporting process. At last but not least Corporate Financial Controller will be involve financial planning activities like budgeting and outlook process as well as shared facility and global allocation budget. Additional tasks would be responsibility for financial master data management which include financial master data preparation and BI user access maintenance, establishing common processes and principles for financial master data maintenance in co-operation with data owners, being a Subject Matter Expert for SAP R3 FI, participating in development of financial reporting and planning system and ensuring the adequate controls and documentation. Associate Corporate Financial Controller will be expected to take initiatives to optimize internal finance processes to improve quality, efficiency and compliance within own area of responsibility and will be cooperate with Corporate Financial Controllers and Finance Business Partners in HQ and Finance managers and finance employees globally.

A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and has at least 4 years of experience in finance within an international structure (experience from auditing or controlling function would be an asset).We are looking for open minded individual with excellent communication and cooperation skills. The right Candidate must be structured, proactive and has an attention to details as well as has good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills. Due to establishing this function in Cracow from the scratch the Candidate should be well organized and able to work independently.
