For our Client, a manufacturer of home appliances located in Łódź, we are looking a Candidate for the position of Plant Procurement Leader.

Plant Procurement Leader, based in Łódź plant, will be responsible for factory procurement spend. The hired person will coordinate and provide material and supplier component availability by combining both procurement and production functions. Plant Procurement Leader will be in charge of both Delivery and Supplier Management, developing relationships with suppliers and, at the same time, supervising optimization projects in the plant. He/She will be involved in the various initiatives conducted in the factory (e.g. Lean Introduction, VMI, inbound projects etc) through managing suppliers execution of project and material availability.

We are looking for Candidates with few years of experience in the independent positions of Buyer or Leader in a production company (preferably FMCG non-food or technical industry) and Business or Technical master degree. The candidate should have experience in leading international procurement projects and looking for new suppliers. To succeed in this role you will need excellent negotiation and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English. Strong leadership and communication skills as well as ability to deliver results and work under time pressure with multiple projects are required.
