Real Estate Accountant with German

For our Client, a company from real estate management industry, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT with GERMAN.

REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT with GERMAN will be responsible for performing full accounting of selected properties in SAP system, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for these entities in accordance with the requirements of specific customers, establishing arrangements and clarifications directly with clients, preparation and controlling of monthly VAT returns, determining rates and accounting for non-deductible tax, as well as monitoring and ensuring financial liquidity, all in close cooperation within the Department of Real Estate Management.

We are looking for Candidates with a University Degree in finance or related field, and at least two years of relevant experience, who are fluent in German, poses good command of English, and are willing to constantly improve skills and acquire knowledge in the field of management accounting. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is mandatory, as well as experience in real estate accounting or in working with SAP system.
