For our client - one of the largest manufacturers of TV applications currently we are looking for:

IT Project Manager

location: Kraków



  Your responsibilities:

* Drive the day-to-day process of software product delivery using scrum development principles and practices

* Run daily stand-up meetings, planning games, showcases, and retrospectives

* Maintain visibility of the required up-to-date information

* Track agreed metrics on a regular basis

* Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving

* Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the scrum framework



  Position requirements:

* Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques

* Commercial experience in the use of scrum methodologies

* At least 2 years work experience as a project manager

* Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met

* Fluent English
