Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Recruitment Specialist

Key responsibilities may include:
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skills profiles in Delivery Center
Screening applications and candidates' selection
Conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and tracking their profiles in recruitment system
Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers, responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects
Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools, regular reporting,
Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Project managment on staffing new projects, reporting and communication coordination

Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in similar role
University degree, preferably in Human Resources
Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
Solid interviewing experience and skills
High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Focus on quality and high "customer service" skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Analytical skills and data analysis experience, very good Excel and PP skills
Knowledge of Taleo will be a strong asset
