Job Description:
Purpose Of Role:
In order to enhance the operations within Investment Compliance, the Data Analyst(s) will be responsible for working comprehensively with both IT and the Frankfurt Investment Compliance/Market Conformity Business Units to procure data necessary for daily compliance and conformity checks. Furthermore, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the update and maintenance of market data, static data and holdings data that is not otherwise fed to the core application, MIG 21, via automated data feeds. Responsibilities will also extend to regular and ad-hoc data quality checks within both the data staging areas as well as the core application. Ultimate responsibilities cover the processing of such data to achieve compliance and check results via the core application and viable conformity check data as the main deliverables to the Business Unit.
Specific Duties:
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

External Data Requests: Manual and Automated
Daily and Intra-Day Data Maintenance
Data Transfers and Monitoring

IT and BU Coordination to ensure proper data flow, integrity and handling.
Process and Procedure Optimization within Data Management
Calculation/Tester Result Delivery
REVIEWING WORK AND ASSISTING TEAM SUPERVISOR
Point of expertise for complex breach analysis.
Review all reporting produced by the Associates.
Liaises with internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery.
Performs special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor.
Assists Team Supervisor in implementing new procedures and controls.
Maintaining and fostering a team environment.
OTHER
Involvement in departmental ad-hoc projects.
Involvement in the training and development of other team members as necessary.
Make recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as required.

Qualifications:
