The team currently supports voice, video, voicemail, ACD/IVR and other cloud based collaboration applications.

Responsibilities:
Global Telecommunications Manager will also be responsible for building and enforcing policies, procedures, infrastructure, engineering, analytical tasks, people management, and activities associated with areas within the telecommunications function.
Develop and implement processes to insure system stability, that meets the business growth, enables connectivity to applications within an enterprise environment, and provide documentation and metrics that reflects the configuration of our telecommunication systems
Take the lead in working with our business partners to develop solutions and systems in support of their projects and business requirements
Lead the planning of incremental improvements, implementations, and maintenance of the enterprise voice network, including VoIP and Audio, Web, and video conferencing system.
Experience creating budgets and business cases for needed improvements.
Proficient communication skills in dealing with customers, employees, management and vendors. Must be proficient in leading people, executing programs and projects, and getting solid results while building the knowledge and expertise of the telecommunications team.
Design and development of the telecommunication infrastructure to insure stability for critical applications including disaster recovery and system recovery plans
Manage and mentor junior/associate communications engineers.
Plans, assigns, directs and evaluates the work of personnel on the telecommunications team
Provide strategic advice in determining the long range planning for Global telecommunication infrastructure and services
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3-5 years Management experience over teams deploying and support IP Telephony / Contact Center and/or collaboration technologies.
Ability to work in a team environment. Self-directed and self-motivated.
Nice to know: Cisco tools and nice to have experience with voice and data services, including hardware and software systems; and diagnostic and trouble shooting skills in VoIP, telephony, voice network, WAN, LAN, QOS, MPLS, and SIP
Ability to travel 5% in/around Europe and North America.
