Requirements:
Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
Very good English
Good German (minimum B1/B2)
Good analytical skills
Numeric skills
Good communication skills
Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
Team player

Responsibilities:
Verification, calculation and authorization of Refund Applications from Travel Agents, if the agent is not able to process his own refund directly
Calculation and processing of Refunds from LH-Own Sales
Initiation of credit notes and corresponding payments
Direct, e-mail communication with Travel Agents, other company departments and other Airlines in case of missing information
Clarification of Refund-Special cases
Making sure that in his/her area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
Performing internal quality check
Leading dashboard meeting
Working with SIRAX (RAFAELO including), GuideRes, Amadeus, SAP (BEACH), BSP-link etc. training delivered
