For our client, prestige global company , we are looking for candidates for position of: HR AdministratorKey Responsibilities: Manage the sign-up process by tracking nominated candidates as well as applicants and follow through on status of sign-up Track, maintain and update database entries on peoples expertise, knowledge, preference, availability and other information in the relevant systems Build and maintain other infrastructure and tools, such as distribution lists, VTRs, and tracking tools Act as first point of contact for team (Industry) members on all program-related matters Create and distribute global staffing opportunity overview Manage sign-up and logistics for Industry L2 capability-building program, for in-person programs in collaboration with Firm Learning Support mentorship value proposition of Industry L2, e.g., by setting-up and running developmental discussions for Industry L2 or orchestrating progress discussions Support Manager in day-to-day administration tasks

Wymagania:
Fluent English language skills; additional language skills a plus Ideally 1-3 years' experience in complex administrative roles, preferably in professional services environment, HR/Training administration experience would be an additional asset Excellent Excel skills Flexibility to work overtime (due to time differences) and travel as needed Ability to communicate clearly, in a mature and confident manner, even under pressure and especially when working with senior leaders Extremely detail-oriented and solid analytical thinking Superb interpersonal skills
