Customer Service Specialist

For our Client, global health care company, we are looking for Customer Service Specialists with English and French languages
Duties and responsibilities:

Ensuring the proper flow of products and information from order receiving till shipment dispatch and receiving shipment by customer including:
Order taking from Customers (mail/fax/phone)
Customer order entry into transactional system
Prices and delivery terms verifying with accepted offers
Sending the information about orders internally according to internal processes
Monitoring of order processing progress and pro active work to identify potential risk for keeping timeliness of orders promised dates
Sales invoicing in transactional system and sending invoices to customers
Credit/Debit notes issuing based on proper acceptation flow processes - business reasons, returns, complaints
Claims receiving from customers
Knowledge of customers purchasing processes
Obtaining customers registration documents
Order receiving
Verification of product stock level at customer side
Calculation of following delivery volume
Updating customer address Data in the database
Coordinate process of setting up new customers in the database
Cooperation with other company functions by participation in cross-functional projects/tasks to identify inefficient processes, develop and implement improvements. Archiving documents related to Customer Service area




We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and knows both English and French languages. What is more, the person should has strong communication skills and fell good working in a team.
