AP accountant with SAP (Payments)

Responsibilities:
Ensure that vendor and employee payments are executed according to payment terms and payment schedule
Review payment proposal for completeness and accuracy - performing quality check
Handle any company specific payment exceptions
Resolve any issues with automatic payment runs and manual payments
Contact with the bank and third parties to resolve queries
Check and follow up on returned payments
Requirements:
Experience in procure to pay area and payments - minimum 1 year
Good understanding of P2P process
Strong experience in processing payments - understanding of end to end process in SAP, including controls at the payment proposal level and troubleshooting with the bank
Very good communication skills - resolution of problems with banks, 3rd party vendors and employees
Ability to keep deadlines and work under pressure of time
Proactive approach in resolution of issues
Fluent English
Ability to translate complex processes into operational tasks will be a plus
