Responsibilities:
Management of a range of operational Procurement activities delivered in the Warsaw Hub. These may include: building relationships and liaising closely with Procurement teams in Japan and with Key stakeholders within the broader organisation effectively managing workload and prioritising relentlessly to meet the needs of Procurement teams in Japan deliver responsibility for key projects or for key categories of companys spend day to day operational Procurement management and responsibility for the timely delivery of quality of work supporting the Procurement team in Japan including: end to end Category Management activities, execution of third party contracts (including part of or the entire contracting process), discrete Sourcing projects, the delivery of discrete elements of a sourcing project (e.g. supply base analysis, RFx delivery, post sourcing event analysis, presentation of sourcing options), production of discrete spend analysis or supply market reports responsible for monitoring and appraising key supplier performance & reporting results to the in-market Procurement team accountability for the upload, management and ongoing accuracy of the Purchasing catalogues where appropriate
Requirements: bachelor/ Masters Degree (Business) educational qualification could be substituted with relevant practical experience and/or professional qualification
2-4 years of Sourcing experience strong international stakeholder management and relationship building skills proven experience of multinational end to end sourcing processes demonstrable experience in relevant Sourcing/ Procurement systems and tools, ideally Ariba result oriented behaviour strong communication skills proven experience in contributing to and delivering continuous improvement initiatives written and verbal fluency in English and Japanse additional language(s) is/are an advantage
