Customer Care Specialist with French

Łódź

Our client - international company located in the center of Lodz - is urgently seeking candidates with French and English to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:
Providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental
Proactive sale of additional services (such as insurance)
Putting data into computer system

Wymagania:

Very good French language skills (C1/C2)
Good English language skills (B1/B2)
Previous experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Availability for shift work (working hours:
Mon-Fri 8-22 and Sat-Sun 8-19)
