Senior General Ledger Accountant

On behalf of our Client, international company providing financial and accounting services to external clients, we are currently recruiting for the position of:


Responsibilities:


Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts,

Ensure the operations are processed timely and accurately according to SLA requirements,

Performing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations,

Supporting team leader in daily tasks ,

Introducing new team members,

Settlement of accruals and fixed assets records,

Responsible for performing specific Month End Close tasks,

Solving customers queries and exceptions,

Maintain an efficient relationship with other accounting departments in order to optimize processes.


Candidates profile:


University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance,

Minimum 3 year of experience in Accounting (preferably in SSC organization)

Fluent spoken and written English is a must,

Second European language will be an asset,

Good analytical and organizational skills,

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel,

Six Sigma certification will be an asset

Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities.
