Treasury Banking Specialist

Opis stanowiska:

Participating in various local and corporate projects in Treasury Department, project e.g. - changing the method of processing payments
Cooperation with banks regarding new accounts opening, updates on contracts, payments, adding accounts to internet bank platform, pricing
Investigation on unprocessed payments
Controlling bank fees, executing the agreements with the banks, checking if negotiated conditions are fulfilled
Inventory of bank accesses and bank users in FOSC and countries
Identifying potential process improvements, keeping process documentation up to date and perform regular process reviews in order to ensure compliance with all required regulations
Analyzing of Vendor Master Data across EMEA FOSC
Filling in the missing data for vendors across EMEA FOSC (bank accounts, addresses, credit rating codes)
Verification of current data (good knowledge of banking requirements is desirable)
Maintaining operating procedures within the context of existing SOX controls, company policies
Cooperation with US Treasury regarding SOX documentation, archiving the data
Analyzing bank charges and credit cards fees (Worldpay, Polcard, SixPayment, Paypal)
Participation in testing and reviews of the projects

Wymagania:

Higher education in accounting/finance
Experienced with Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment is desirable
Very good command of English
MS Office including advanced Excel knowledge
Experience with data administration
Experience with cooperation with banks (banking platforms knowledge, IBAN etc)
Taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries
Interest in working with operational systems
