Requirements:
Educated to at least a good leaving certificate standard (or overseas equivalent)
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory / team lead experience
Has previous experience working within a telephone-based sales role,
Has previously operated within a goal-orientated environment and is motivated by not only meeting, but exceeding, regular performance targets
Has a good working knowledge of, and active interest in, the financial markets
Literacy in Microsoft Office
Able to show initiative in identifying problems and pose solutions with a logical and analytical approach
An excellent team builder and motivator who will thrive on working closely with the team to achieve challenging but exciting targets
A natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels
Displays drive and tenacity in achieving goals
Has a challenging mindset, using training and experience to identify the need for change/improvement

Responsibilities:
To manage the day-to-day operation of the Krakow-based Sales team, to include motivating a Sales team in implementing a sales strategy, achieving targets and developing new business
Lead, manage and motivate a Sales team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets,
Compile sales progress reports on a weekly, monthly and end of year rotation, and proactively address shortfall on targets due to be achieved,
Provide the first line of management support, responding to team questions and issues,
Adhere to the company external / internal client care policies and procedures,
Manage the company CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate information is available, and be able to escalate to the appropriate channels when it isnt,
Play a key role in the recruitment and training of new starters,
Complete and conduct monthly call listening checks/sessions to ensure that (a) the Sales team is compliant, and (b) calls are made to the required sales standard,
Manage team holiday/leave time to ensure adequate capacity within team.
