Job Description:
Purpose of the position:
The Talent Acquisition function at State Street is the internal function dedicated to identifying and managing the optimum sourcing channels for Talent across the State Street organisation.
In EMEA the Talent Acquisition function is focused on individual and/or groups of countries (depending on the size of the State Street operation in each location), and as such the Talent Acquisition Administrator will be aligned to support a proportion of the geography or business area within a team, and is responsible for supporting all the recruitment needs in that area.
Specific duties:
Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in-house and regional recruiters
Updating and maintaining required candidate and applicant tracking administration
Coordinates effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up on administrative details within or across divisions.
Handles confidential and sensitive information that pertains to division operations, strategies and client issues and, in some cases, corporate-wide matters
Participates in the on-boarding process for new hires at all levels within the organization
Prepares and distributes reports within specified guidelines
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
Manage the contract production process internally and externally with 100% accuracy including, but not limited to, printing, distributing, scanning and filing of contracts
Preparing new hire personnel files in accordance with legal guidelines
Manage administration linked to pre-employment process
