Tem Leader - Technical writing Department with perfect English

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination of technical writers team in terms of project management, work performance, trainings, recruitment, HR issues
Ensure a globally consistent quality of the client's technical documentation
Copywriting, editing, analyzing, being responisble for layouts project coordination
revision, quality check control of the content, linguistic patterns upload into corporate templates,
Quality and typography check according to international, corporative guidelines,
translations
Images editions (colors and Power Point Slides optimization, logos input, retouches)
improvement of techncial documentation, translations
Cooperation with project coordinators, global headquarters on a multinational level

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year experience in Team leading/project manager along min. 3 years experience with experience in technical writing area
Fluent (written and oral) English (C1/C2)
German will be an asset ( but is not required!)
Good knowledge of Adobe Software tools: InDesign and additional technical writing tools
Attention to details, accuracy approach, interest in project management
Strong affinity, focus on details, linguistic patterns, flex, grammar
Process-and business driven
Background in journalism or literature wil be a plus!or in philology speciality - translations)
Experience and wiliingness to work in an international company will be strong plus!
