Our Client is an international business center located in Kraków.
Your new role
Within this position you will be to providing technical expertise in designing, building and testing analysis and dashboards for Global HR Reporting & Analytics. This will include managing the delivery of complex ad-hoc reports / queries, in partnership with the Reporting & Analyst and Reward teams. Your job will also include conducting training sessions for other team members and providing technical and 'best practice' expertise regarding dashboards creation in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with Bachelor's / Master degree in IT, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Finance related field and about 3-5 years of proven experience in dashboards / analysis creation in OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition). Fluent written and spoken English is also required .Previous experience in HR Reporting / HR Analysis and SQL knowledge will be an assets. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent analytical and data reporting skills and attention to details as well as have ability to teach others and conduct training.
