Our Client is a british manufacturing company who is a producer of outdoor equipment. The company is opening a new factory in Sosnowiec. Currently for our team we are looking for a new employee:
Technical Engineering Manager

Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualified
Technical Qualification
Very good english skills
Black Belt (Lean/ Six Sigma)
Leadership skills
Mathematical, Analytical and Reasoning skills

Responsibilities:
Establish Key Performance Indicators, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals to drive continuous improvement
Manage and direct projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
Writing and presenting technical/ management system reports
Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of Project
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department and plant
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Annual Budget / Capex proposals
