Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Specialist

Work place: Wroclaw

Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating activities with third party logistics provider for demo services
Coordinating maintenance and renewal of demo-inventory
Create Forecasts for upcoming demos in all Region

Order processing to sell off demo-units

Performing quarterly cost allocation of demo costs

Creating and Maintaining relevant SOPs for instrument demos

Create and Monitor KPIs and assure availability in the global HUBs

Processing of Return Material Authorization requests

Archiving of Shipping Documents

Support introduction of new products into global demo pool

Support business review with 3PL

Maintenance of internal and external IT-Platforms regarding users, products, pricing etc.

Coordinating filling of export documentation

Wymagania:

Requirements:
Education or experience in logistics, supply chain or economics/trade
2 years od professional experience in Dangerous Goods Handling or Materials Management
Very good English skills
Knowledge in ERP Systems (SAP)
Microsoft Office (Word; Excel & Power Point)
