Lease Agreements Analyst with German

Warszawa

For our Client, new, dynamic organization, we are looking for candidates as Real Estate Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
create accounts settlement for commercial real estate
preparing data for invoicing tenants
verification of accounts cost tenants - reports operational expenditure and the heating systems
dealing with complaints and preparing the related documentation and correspondence
registration, management and verification of data associated with tenants and real estate
close cooperation within the Property Management Department

Wymagania:

Several years of professional experience (preferred: in companies related to the industry of real estate)
University degree (finance, economics, real estate will be an asset)
Personal skills: independence, responsibility, flexibility, accuracy
Commitment to work, willingness to take the initiative, excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Beeing a Team player
Good understanding of issues related to customer service and market services
Good knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
SAP knowledge as an asset
Fluent German
Good knowledge of English
