We are looking for:
Quality Control Consultant

Workplace: Bialystok, Poland
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing engineering/testing of the production lines, testing prototypes, production start-up
After the beginning of the production: periodic testing of the machines to ensure the quality of the manufactured end product
Management of product and process control, planning and methods, according to Lavazza guidelines and standards
Supporting HQ in defining, together with the supplier, methods and tools necessary for carrying out quality control and conformity to production safety regulations
Analyzing the production site layout, including material flow and the correct positioning of lines/assembly areas
Executing regular reports regarding the activities carried out
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree in Engineering
At least 5 years experience in roles such as Production Manager or Quality Control, preferably from the domestic appliances sector
Fluency in English
Experience in collaborating on SOP projects
Experience in team management
Determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results
Excellent organizational skills
Superior attention to detail
Ability to work independently and recommend solutions to problems
BENEFITS AND JOB DETAILS:
For the first 6 months of the collaboration (during the important SOP phase) the person will be required on a full-time basis
Towards next 6 months of the collaboration, working hours will be reduced to part-time (4 or 3 days per week)
