Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. GL Accountant with Spanish 2nd shift

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare month-end reporting in a timely and accurate manner, with emphasis on detailed analysis,
Perform a review of both B/S and P/L for errors, omissions or inconsistencies, variance analysis,
Interpreting and analyzing actual results and variances,
Responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation process, including cash transactions reconciliation
Preparation and posting of journal entries,

Qualifications:

Very good English and Spanish
University degree in accounting, finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) or relevant work experience
Shared service experience will be an asset
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Flexibility, especially in the period of month end closing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
