Procurement Support Specialist

Purpose
This position will work with IP locations and sourcing organization in the US to support procurement operations mainly in the area of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order management.

You will have an opportunity in future to develop his/her skills in spend & market analysis as a potential Sourcing Analyst and further to manage spend categories and relations with our vendors in the Buyer/Sourcing Leader role within Global Sourcing organization.
Key accountabilities
Process receipts in SAP related to stocking reports provided by suppliers for US box plants and paper mills
Liaise between the plants/mills and AP team on any invoice/receipt related discrepancies
Address any usage reporting inconsistencies or issues with vendors
Cooperate with US MRO team and mill/plant MPS coordinators on possible improvements in the vending receiving process
Provide support to ad hoc requests on data gathering/analysis
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business related field preferred
Experience with SAP system would be an asset
Good knowledge of MS Excel, and other MS Office tools and applications.
Fluent English, additional European languages would be advantageous
