We help the greatest talents to develop their careers and enable leading companies on the Polish and European market to find the best professionals.For an international organization, for its SSC Centre because of new project being launched we are currently looking for candidates for the position of: SAP Support ConsultantMiejsce pracy: Wrocław (Poland)Main duties on the position involve:Investigate, document and resolve the application problems passed to the Customer Services Support team via SystemProvide a professional, efficient and effective support service to CustomersProcess all service requests accordingly to SLAResolve incidents (i.e. break/fix, etc.) and service requests that are assigned to themAssist in configuration analysis across assigned SAP and its associated integration pointsAssist in resolving business requirements via SAP configured solutionsDevelop functional/technical specifications for break/fix & minor enhancements and collaborate with the development organization for their developmentCollaborate as needed with other SAP support team membersMeet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)Deliver application support and services to our customer base remotelyIdentify opportunities for service improvement Requirements:Great customer service skillsstrong verbal communication skillsstrong analytical and problem solving abilitiesFluent English knowledgePrevious experience of working with ERP/Finance/Procurement systems will be an assetPrevious experience of working in a Customer Service environment.Company offers:we guarantee attractive compensation package private medical care attractive salary If you are interested please send your application to [Apply online]
