Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Transaction Financial Group is a commercial support:
Assist Energy and Commodity teams as well as Trade Solutions network on transactions when a company risk is to be taken
Answer to requests coming directly from other institutions, in liaison with the parties entity involved in the transaction
Structure transactions if needed
Offer adequate pricing taking into consideration credit risk and local market
Credit process:
Gathering all needs for Retail Market needs
Assessing the level of requests in regards of the quality of the company
Preparing argued memo to justify the requests
Sending the information to Risk
Participating in Risk annual review. Propose delegated Credit Line to TBG to handle the Retail business
Conduct Transaction approval:
In accordance with Risk and Compliance policies
Approved with adequate prices as well in accordance with local RAROC constraints (if any) and market practices or local prices
Credit delegation
Conduct Market intelligence and commercial support
Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
University degree in Finance/Business
MBA is a strong value added
Fluent English
Capacity of analysis,
Capacity to structure, argument & summarize
Good written communication skills are required,
Risk mind set
