We are creating an SAP & IT competency center providing IT services to Deutsche Telekom in Europe - a place full of ambitious people, creative ideas and positive energy.

Job Description:

Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. in SAP
Conducts workshops with the business and advises in domain related issues
Serves as an interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers (in- and off-shore)
Responsible in his respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, data migration, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
Carries out customer trainings as well as supports during the roll-outs and after go-live
Coordinates developments, customizing and work teams in his area of expertise

Requirements:

At least 3 years of hands-on SAP functional experience with deep knowledge of overall process and customizing in any of those SAP modules: FI/CO,SD, LE, MM, HR, SRM, RE-FX, APO, BI/BW, PM, SCM, SAP Portal, SAP SNC, ABAP
Experienced in the implementation of at least 1-2 full cycle implementation of SAP
Deep understanding of the business needs, processes and issues in the selected area of expertise
Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
Good team player with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
Strong at technical & functional analysis with attention to detail
Highly developed interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills, with business as well as with IS/IT departments
Self-assured, self-motivated as well motivator, highly goal and delivery oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent written and spoken English
High level of travel within Europe
Knowledge of German would be an advantage
